A Special Event Explores a Shared History

More than 250 participants gathered at the Hermannhof Festhalle in Hermann on February 29, 2000, for a Symposium on the Shared History of Germans and African-Americans. The program featured a panel of scholars, shared stories and discussion, and a performance from An Amazing Story, a play by Cecilia Nadal.
